1. Services

We provide junk removal, hauling, moving assistance, and related services within Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling are subject to availability and agreement at the time of booking.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given by the customer.

  • Final pricing may change depending on the actual volume, weight, or type of materials removed.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

3. Payments

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of the job.

  • Late or returned payments may result in additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Items We Do Not Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove certain items, including but not limited to:

  • Hazardous waste or chemicals

  • Asbestos materials

  • Large amounts of paint, oil, or fuel

  • Illegal items

A full list of restricted items is available upon request.

6. Liability and Item Ownership

  • Once an item has been loaded onto our truck and removed from your property, ownership is transferred to Tommy’s Trash and Treasures LLC. These items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for damages to property or items not directly handled by our team.

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the property and inform us of any risks (e.g., weak flooring, narrow staircases).

  • Our liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Disposal and Recycling

We make reasonable efforts to donate or recycle items whenever possible. However, final disposal methods are at our discretion and may include landfill use when necessary.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse forms or attempt to disrupt the website.

  • Provide false or misleading information when requesting quotes or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, is the property of Tommy’s Trash and Treasures LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
